Content and conduct policy
Qadrna is a place for a serious marriage decision, and respect here is a rule, not an option. This policy applies to your profile, your photos, your messages and everything you do on the platform.
What we expect from you
- Honest information about yourself, and your marital status as it is.
- Real photos of you alone, clear and respectful.
- Respectful contact with marriage as the goal, and a courteous ending when there is no match.
What is not allowed
- Impersonation, fake accounts, or more than one account for the same person.
- Hiding a marriage or misrepresenting your marital status.
- Asking for money or gifts, fraud and extortion.
- Harassment, insults, threats, or continuing to make contact after a clear refusal.
- Sexual or indecent content, in photos or text.
- Hate speech or incitement on any grounds.
- Commercial promotion, or posting external links or invitations to other services.
- Sharing another member's data or photos, or taking screenshots to share outside the platform.
- Breaking the rules on exchanging phone numbers and social media accounts at the early stage of a conversation.
- Using the platform for anything other than marriage, or use by anyone under 18.
Photos
Every photo is reviewed before it appears. We reject photos that are not of the account holder, inappropriate photos, and photos that contain contact details or images of other people. Your photos are shown only according to the visibility level you choose.
Conversations
A conversation starts only after mutual acceptance. We limit the exchange of phone numbers and contact links at its early stage, so it stays somewhere that can be reviewed if reported, and messages are kept so they can be reviewed when they are reported.
Reporting and blocking
- Report any account or message from the profile or the conversation, and choose the type of violation.
- Blocking stops the member from contacting you at once.
- Every report is logged, assigned to a human reviewer and closed with a recorded decision, and the identity of the person reporting is never revealed.
Actions we take
We act according to how serious and repeated a violation is: a warning, then a temporary suspension, then a ban, then deletion. Serious violations — such as use of the platform by a minor, extortion, threats or fraud — lead to an immediate ban, and we may report them to the competent authorities.
Challenging a decision
If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, email info@qadrna.com with your explanation; we will review it and tell you the outcome.
