Retention and deletion policy
We keep no data longer than its purpose requires. This policy sets out the periods, how account deletion works, and what may remain afterwards and why.
Deleting your account
- Request deletion in your account settings, or by emailing info@qadrna.com from the address registered to the account.
- Your account is hidden immediately: it no longer appears in matches, and nobody can see your profile or message you.
- Your data remains for 30 days, during which you can change your mind by signing in.
- After 30 days your data is permanently deleted, except for what is listed under "What remains after deletion".
Before deleting, you can download a complete copy of your data from your account settings.

What remains after deletion
We keep a minimum of data after deletion in only two cases, and only as much as each requires:
- What the law requires: such as payment and invoice records, and the record of your acceptance of the terms, for the period the law sets.
- Preventing return after a serious violation: enough data to stop the owner of a banned account from registering again, with the record of the decision taken.
This data is not used for any other purpose.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups are replaced in their normal cycle. Data from a deleted account is never restored from them except to fix a fault, and is then deleted again immediately.
